DL GROUP S.TO.S. (hereinafter "ORBON" or the "company") is a company incorporated under Colombian law, identified with NIT. No. 901.696.224 with address in the city of Bogotá, Colombia, which presents its users with the following terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions") that regulate access to and use of our website.
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of article 1, paragraph 1.3 of article 3 and article 23 of law 1480 of 2011, consumers have the right to receive adequate, clear, complete, truthful, transparent, timely, sufficient, verifiable, understandable, precise and suitable information that allows them to make informed decisions about the purchase of goods or services.

· PRICES, PAYMENT METHOD AND PAYMENT.
The products on our website can be paid for as indicated in our Checkout. The prices indicated on the website will apply. ORBON at the time of placing the order. Prices on our website are subject to change.
The prices on our National website are in Colombian pesos.
ORBON has implemented a secure payment system for all orders on our website. The transaction will be considered completed when the order confirmation is sent to the email registered at the time of purchase. If the payment is rejected by the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled, exempting ORBON of any liability.

This document was prepared taking into account the provisions of the Law 1266 of 2008 Law 1581 of 2012 “Whereby general provisions are established for the protection of personal data” and in the Decree 1377 of 2013 “By which Law 1581 of 2012 is partially regulated” which have by object “Develop the constitutional right of all persons to know, update and rectify the information that has been collected about them in databases or files, and the other rights, freedoms and constitutional guarantees referred to in article 15 of the Political Constitution; as well as the right to information enshrined in article 20 of the same.”
In compliance with current Colombian regulations, below we present relevant information related to the legitimate processing of personal data collected:
2.1 COLLECTION OF USER PERSONAL DATA.
The User's personal data may be collected through the Site by registering and opening an account on the Site, in order to participate in promotions, contests or to purchase products using the e-commerce tools made available. For this purpose, at the time of registration, the User grants his/her express authorization to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the authorization text made available, the acceptance of which is a necessary step for the creation of the account on the Site.

2.2 PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA.
The processing of personal data will be carried out for the purpose of carrying out, through any means, marketing, promotion, own or third-party advertising, technical support, marketing, service improvement, consultations, control, enabling payment methods, commercial and consumer assistance, service and technical support for products and services, as well as any other activities related to current and future products and services of DL GROUP S.TO.S . Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User may always request that the emails be stopped being sent. Likewise, the User grants authorization for the transfer, communication, transfer and/or national or international transmission or assignment of personal data and databases to third parties who are Responsible and/or in Charge according to the business need of DL GROUP S.TO.SFor this purpose, the User grants express authorization for the international transfer of his/her personal data.
DL GROUP S.TO.S, undertakes that the information obtained from users will not be shared with companies or third parties that have no direct link with the company..
· SECURITY MEASURES
DL GROUP S.TO.S has adopted technical, human and administrative measures that provide security to personal data, preventing its adulteration, loss, consultation, use or unauthorized or fraudulent access. DL GROUP S.TO.S maintains mandatory security protocols for personnel with access to personal data and information systems, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the treatment.
2.3 RIGHTS OF THE OWNERS.
According to the Law 1581 of 2012, Users as owners of personal data have the following rights:
to) To know, update and rectify your personal data in front of the data controllers or Data Processors. This right may be exercised, among others, in the case of partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented data that may lead to error, or data whose processing is expressly prohibited or has not been authorized.
b) Request proof of the authorization granted to the data controller, except when it is expressly excepted as a requirement for the treatment, in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012.
c) Be informed by the data controller or the Data Processor, upon request, regarding the use that has been given to your personal data.
d) Submit complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and other regulations that modify, add to or complement it.

3. PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery times
ORBON's product delivery times will be as follows:
• In Bogotá: Up to three (3) business days.
• In the rest of the country: deliveries will be carried out in a maximum of five (5) business days.
Delivery times will start counting from the day the transaction is confirmed. ORBON will send you a confirmation email when this happens.
Delivery times may vary. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping cost
• In Bogotá: the shipping cost will be:
• If it is within three (3) business days, the shipping cost will be $12,000
• In the rest of the country: the shipping cost will be $18,000.
ORBON will deliver the products directly to the consumer, to the person authorized by the consumer or to whoever is at the consumer's address at the time of delivery. The company will NOT be responsible for any inconveniences that may arise due to errors in delivery, or due to incorrect or imprecise addresses.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
· LAW OF WITHDRAWAL: ORBON gives its customers the possibility to retract the purchase made as stipulated in the Law 1480 of 2011, ART 47, To withdraw according to the law you have a period of 5 business days after delivery of the product.
· Send an email within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the product to orbonshop@gmail.com, with the reason for return.
· After the mail is reviewed by ORBON, the client will receive an email with the instructions to follow.
· The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
· When the product is received, the supplier performs quality control which takes approximately five (5) business days. When the condition of the product is determined, the money will be refunded.
· The cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer, as established by the relevant law.
· With the right of withdrawal in Colombia, only a refund can be requested.
· The refund of money as provided by law must be made within thirty (30) days after the return of the item.
· RETURN POLICIES
The customer will have the option to return one or more products from their order within a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the item(s). The carrier's receipt signed by the customer will be required as proof of the date of receipt.
The process for returning products is as follows:
- You must identify the product and the date of purchase.
- Transport and other expenses associated with the return will be borne by the buyer.
Requirements to exercise the right to exchange:
- The garment has not been used.
• Have all your labels.
• Not be dirty.
• No traces of deodorant or makeup use
• No traces of chemical or bleach use.
• No fading.
• The garment must not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
• The shape of the garment must be perfect.
• The print, appliqués or embroidery must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing or
adulteración.
• Be in perfect condition for subsequent sale to another consumer.
• They must retain the original label.
In the event that the product has been altered due to handling other than that necessary to verify its nature, characteristics or operation, ORBON reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement of the product.
3.2.3 OPTIONS AVAILABLE AFTER THE CHANGE REQUEST:
- Exchange for size or color of product.
- Voucher loaded with the value of the purchase to be redeemed online.
- Money back.
Procedure for making changes
To request a change of any of the products, you must write to us at the email orbonshop.com requesting a change of your product and providing the following information:
• Your invoice or order information (date, buyer name, ID, order number, and photo of the unused product).
• The size you want to exchange.
· WARRANTIES
In ORBON Garments have a thirty calendar day warranty from the date of receipt of the product by our customers. After this period, no claims will be accepted for any reason. In the event of a warranty claim, our quality department will review it and we will provide a response within eight (8) business days.
If the item can be repaired, we will proceed with the repair. Otherwise, an exchange will be made for a garment with the same characteristics in perfect condition.

· WRONG PRODUCTS
In the event of receiving a product with characteristics different from those described on the page at the time of purchase, the customer can follow the following procedure to request a product exchange:
Within two (2) business days of receiving the product, the customer must take photographs showing the error and send them along with the order number to the email orbonshop@gmail.com
Once the error is confirmed, a collection guide will be sent to the customer to return the incorrect product. ORBON will manage the collection at the same initial delivery location. Once this process is complete, the correct product will be sent to the customer.
· CANCELLATION
The customer has the right to cancel all or part of his purchase order as long as it has not been sent, without the need for ORBON has defaulted, by means of a written notice sent to orbonshop@gmail.com
ORBON will proceed with a full refund of the money paid if the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will be considered a return of the product and the shipping cost will be deducted, as appropriate.
In case of cancellation, the refund of the money paid will be made within a period of 20 business days from receipt of the email requesting cancellation.
· PROMOTIONS
If discount coupons are offered, the value of the coupon, the minimum purchase amount required for its application and the validity dates will be specified. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions and are limited to one use per customer.
In short, these Terms and Conditions establish the entire agreement between the user and ORBONAny waiver must be in writing. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
